shipping issue

Dear Valued Customers,

• All orders from two days ago have shipped yesterday before noon.
• All orders after twelve noon yesterday have been processed but not shipped yet. We have not been able to purchase postage on usps.com yesterday evening or today, even when creating new accounts and spending hours on the phone, mostly trying to get through. Actually, it only let us buy one customers postage today. This means that all orders placed yesterday after 12 that were supposed to go out today did not go out, and we do no have tracking for you right now. We are gong to have to take the packages to the post office and fill out labels, pay in person, and then text you tracking info.

I am sorry for the one-day delay that most of you who ordered yesterday after twelve noon encountered.
